Burgundy Uncorked
On this special full day tour we will take you to family Domaines who produce some of Burgundy’s best-known wines. We will visit two winegrowers and taste a mix of excellent Village and Premier Cru wines, as well as giving the opportunity to taste rare Grand Cru wines, produced in small quantities and often very difficult to buy on a daily basis. We will drive through Burgundy’s famous wine villages and stop to take a close look at some of the region’s iconic vineyards: Romanée-Conti, Chambertin, Corton, Montrachet.
Lunch will include a local cheese, charcuterie and wine pairing at the Delin cheese factory or in the vineyard as a picnic if the weather permits.

- Pick up and return to your accommodation in the city of Beaune (*please contact us for pick up in Dijon).
- Guided explanation and information throughout the day in English language.
- Visits to 2 selected family wineries within Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune.
- Tasting of between 15 – 20 of Burgundy’s top Village Premier Cru appellations wines as well as a Grand Cru.
- Personal information pack with maps, wine labels, glossary of Burgundy wine terms and information on the growers we will visit during your tour.
- Sample an excellent local cheese and charcuterie platter, paired with wine, in the Delin cheese factory, or as a picnic , weather permitting. Discover the famous Burgundy cheeses such as Epoisses, Citeaux, Brillat Savarin and more.

Gourmet Grand Premier Tour
This is THE tour for food and wine lovers. During this full day tour, you will visit 3 great wineries that cover both the Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays that have made Burgundy’s unparalleled reputation. Taste premier & grand cru wines and lunch at one of several highly reclaimed “bistronomy” restaurants in the wine villages. Some of the best restaurants have tasty, farm to table dishes, in a refined setting, accompanied with a selection of fine local wines.

We have a selection of specially curated wine tours that showcase the best of Burgundy wines. The Golden Coast Tours – these take you to the CÔTE DE BEAUNE district, reputed for the best chardonnays in the world including Meursault and Puligny Montrachet.
We also visit the CÔTE DE NUITS, capital of the Pinot Noir with legendary wines such as Gevrey Chambertin, Chambolle Musigny, Vosne-Romanée (home of Romanée-Conti, the world’s most expensive Pinot Noir) and Nuits Saint Georges. If you want to try the best, then our GRAND CRU tour gives you the possibility to taste some exceptional wines from iconic vineyards. Food
Burgundy is not just about wine, the food is exceptional too. Why not cook like a burgundian and create delicious Burgundy dishes such as Gougères, Boeuf Bourguignon or Poulet de Bresse? This 5 hour cooking lesson can be lunch or dinner and, of course, great Burgundy wines!

Activities
If you are feeling energetic, cycle through the Route des Grands Crus- stunning vineyards and countryside – on an E-bike with your local guide. You will have a wine tasting in a local winery and even a lunch if you require. You don’t have to be a professional cyclist to enjoy this leisure activity…
If you are feeling “creative”, then become a cooper and learn the art of barrel making. This fun activity is for all ages. Learn about the oak trees and how the wood is prepared for the barrel. Understand this ancient craft that is so important to winemaking and try your hand at making a wine barrel. This activity lasts 2 hours and can be added to another activity.
For the romantic visitors, hot air ballooning is for you. Soar above the vineyards and the breathtaking landscapes. There is nothing so beautiful as seeing the Burgundian terroir from the skies.
